default start bar and internet settings

Hi guys still no reply to this thread has no one tried to retain icons?

I have been through the unattended setup, i get my profile just how i want it but then when i run my sysprep answer file and log in under a different user the following have reverted back to default

start bar

internet explorer asks what settings i want (when i had already chose express settings under the admin profile before running my sysprep.xml answer file)

Quicktime settings (i had unticked automatic updates)

java (i had unticked auto update)

I noticed in windows AIK there is an options bellow relating to the start bar but it not solve the issue

Do not clean task bar

please if anyone has managed to find a work around would be great, thanks guys
