Unattended x64 Win7

I have built an x32 unattended 7, works fine.

Are there any gotchas or fun roadblocks I should look out for in building an x64 version?

none, basically if using xml just change processorArchitecture="amd64" to processorArchitecture="x86"

64 rocks now, early on at RTM a lot of problems with permissions and such even with uac off

I've had no trouble with any applications I use

EDIT: But I do run with uac off since I am a programmer and Unattended till you get it done it's best off, then you may turn back on after on final machine if you want.
