Exchange/Outlook 2003 Forms Newbie

Hi all,

I'd like to start creating Outlook Forms so my coworkers can begin emailing formatted data to each other.

I've found an overwhelming amount of information online, but most of it has big gaping holes in the DIY instructions.

Do any of you know a good webpage that explains Outlook Forms, specifically the kind that can be emailed between users?
