FASJeff Posted March 23, 2010 Share Posted March 23, 2010 Our company just upgraded to Outlook 2007 and Exchange for our email server. We're a small company, and I became the admin by default. I'm not that computer savvy.I now have 3 calendars in Outlook 2007, which is giving me synching problems with my Blackberry. Entries tend to default into "Calendar" but my BB wants to synch with "Calendar in Personal Folder." The third calendar is "Calendar in Archive Folder" which is the calendar saved from my previous version of Outlook.I've searched the web, but can't find a way to settle on one calendar. I've tried copying calendar items into the first two calendars, but I'll often get 3 alarms.I love the new Exchange server, but need to purge this unintended outcome.
