white menu bars

Hi-

Anybody here!? Last post before this was September 2009.

I'm writing to compliment the maker [a windows customizer that

actually works!!!?] and ask how to adjust the color of

windows explorer window menu bars. In my setup they [and scrollbars]

are light grey text on white background.

I want to darken mine [and use lighter text].

any ideas anybody?
