I have an original Win XP PRO SP2 (Brazilian Portuguese) version - in an agreement between my university and Microsoft I could download the install disk and received the key. But I messed up with this install disk and thought I could use my key with a SP3 VL install disk that I got from the internet. After doing some research, I´ve tried to replace the setupp.ini from the SP3 disk with the one that came from my SP2 disk, without success. Is there a way for the SP3 disk to accept my key?

Seeing that you have already got an agreement, just download according to that and forget about asking for things which fall outside of our rules.
