Site Contact Form Did Not Work

I tried to send a message to the site administrator through the contact us form. I could never get through.

Problem 1. The picture codes.

It took me four attempts at the pictures with the codes to get one through. One I know I entered what it looked like but the page said it was wrong. Two of them I had no idea of what some of the letters were, that after opening the image in a image editor and zooming it.

Problem 2.

After I got through problem 1 I got a message back saying my email address was not a valid email server. It was a very valid email address at which I get messages daily.
