Bugcheck 0x000000fc on x64

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. I got a bluescreen and after it booted I went to the action center and looked at the reliability and problem history. I am posting the information from it. Does this mean that one of the usb ports or an item attached to a usb port causes the bluescreen:
