[Help] How to recover Photo Metadata Handler

I vLited my vista with sp2, and selected the checkbox named ' *Photo Metadata Handler (No more photo thumbnails)'

And now I cann't see photo thumbnails.

I guest it might has something to do with photometadatahandler.dll, and I copy it to c:\windows\system32\, however, it doesn't work.

Please help me.
