Looked good until it said it requires the Java plugin.

I think if the end user has Windows 7, then using the Problem Steps Recorder (psr.exe) and emailing the zip file is going to be less trouble.

I like using Remote Assistance (msra /offerRA) just wish it supported voice.

Just tried LogMeIn Express, it's similar but easier to use IMO
