I get the following error message

after I select the Windows 7 Folder

in the first window.

Mounting image error.

Make sure that your temporary folder in Options is not a networked drive.

Try restarting the computer and see if that helps.

The error is "ERROR_INVALID_FUNCTION", so either the folder where you're trying to mount the WIM file has a problem, or the image itself is corrupt in some way. You might want to get a process monitor log while you're recreating the error, and then see if there are any obvious errors in the procmon log that would indicate the failure.

You need to open my computer click on c drive then click on program files click on windows AIK click on tools then click on x86 folder then you need to right click on imagex and click run as administrator.You should be good to go from there.Let me know how it turns out!
