Boot screen for XP

How do I change modify the boot screen file of xp pro sp3 in the setup cd.Boot editor for windows doesnt work nor using resource hacker because under bitmaps the numbers is 1 to 8 and 13 to 15 only.So cannot change bitmap 10.
