How to Integrate Icon, Cursor & Sound using Nlite?

Good Day

I am new on nlite, customizing my own windows xp for my work and it help me a lot, in integrating themes but i want to expand more.. Like integrating my Icons, Cursor and SOund. Could it possibly integrated using Nlite?? How? Pls help thank you..
