MS paint in vista ultimate 32 bit

MS paint doesnt work/open in my windows vista ultimate right since it is installed for the first time can i use windows vista Vlite latest and final release to get it back.........I checked it in windows\system32 folder it wasn't there then i copied and pasted that ms paint.exe file from the one of my friends comptuer but still it gives an error : "failed to create empty document"..........Please let me know how i can get this back.............Thanx in advance.......
