Slipstream applications

I know it can be done with nLite to have applications (firefox, opera, 7zip) be incorporated into the install , is this possible with vLite ? , i'm sorry if this has been answered somewhere else. I have not been able to find much about it besides doing it with nlite. I'm new to the slipstreaming OS scene. I've used them for a long time i've just never done my own
