Rpz79 Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 (edited) Hi there, Very happy to join this forum/site Well I'm kinda starting to program with VS (probably will install the liter 2005) the problem is the updates needed to DL and install after the VS installation (especially the SP1) which is very long for itself. What do you say ? Is this mission possible ? THNX M8's Edited November 29, 2009 by Rpz79
CoffeeFiend Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 You can't slipstream VS SPs. This has been discussed a few times before, like in this topic last month.and frankly, I have no idea why you'd want to use the old 2005 edition.
MagicAndre1981 Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 The SP1 for VS2005 can be slipstreamed very easily, but Sp1 for VS2008, no chance I still wonder how MS made it for the Express Editions. The Express ISOs have Sp1 included.
