Vista and Windows 7

Hi Guys, Ive been researching and i cant seem to find what im looking for.

I am wondering if its possible to make a bootable disc/USB with a bootup menu so i can select windows vista, or windows 7, etc. and then lead it to the proper folder...

Any ideas?
