flyboy.2 Posted November 26, 2009 Share Posted November 26, 2009 I received a cd that was recorded in flash player 8 and when you click on the link inside the recording to play a video tour, it doesn't play. A blank screen opens and on the bottom left corner it says "Done" (with a yellow triangle with a red exclamation mark on top). Done with errors on the page flashes once and goes away . It plays in my wife's computer and not mine. Do I have some setting wrong? Any ideas? Is there a better section of this Forum to post, or is there a place to email Adobe Tech support? Perhaps Flash player has not been installed for Internet Explorer, but only your alternate browser. Try updating Flash in IE. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
