Long File Name Problems

Hi All

I am a bit stumped with the attached message.

The user gets it when they rename/move files

But when i do it as myself (Admin) it doesnt give me the message?

The User is windows XP with NTFS, this particular fileserver was server 2008, but we also have 2003.

Any Ideas?

At first I thought it was this, but when I saw this I'm not so sure any more...

And the obvious tricks still apply: restarting client/server, un-mapping and remapping the drive, checking its properties on the server, permissions, temporarily disabling antivirus, if any...
