Can I isolate user accounts?

Hi,

I have a PC that's used by all the members of my family.

A few days ago I discovered that NOD32 has blocked 150 viruses, and this became a real issue.

I want to create multiple accounts, and I'm wondering if there's a way to isolate these accounts, so that infection on X, doesn't damage Y, too.

I would need a feature like this because it would allow me to leave my P2P programs running in background on my account, and switch to the account that the family would use.
