Offler Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 I was setting some things in Windows lately when I have found some things about my sound. During bootup the sound always stuttered, but then it was OK.Later i set "Limit usage of DMA under 16mb" and sound is now clear.Card is Soundblaster Live 5.1 with WDM drivers. I have 1,5gb ram running on 1 gb with 512mb ramdisk and modified autoexec and config.sys. I just dont have any idea why this works for sound...
