running ie8 using runonce

My ie8 install is in the i386 folder on the cd. I want to run it using the runonce command. I am just not sure what to write. I have little experience with command line. I almost have a good install. please help

If you run IE8 from Command Prompt with /? switch, you will see the following screen.

Choose the switches you need.
