Norton Navigator gets lost

Context menu item disappears when upgrading from Win98se to xp(sp2):

I have Norton Navigator from Win95 upgrade to 98se. The context menu has

"NN Navigator" drop-down menu that I use heavily. When I upgrade to xp the

context menu item is not there. I have tried to locate it in the registry to no avail.

Something seems to over-write a .dll or .exe file???
