i need help asap I'm working on a customer's PC

i just clean off all the spyware & virus's

but now every program i try to open i get this

Illegal operation attempted on a Registry key which has been marked for deletion.

then the app closes

if it allows me to run as admin the ti can run the app

i cant even open notepad

i need help A.S.A.P

I KNOW IT HAS TO DO WITH THE REGISTRY

I wouldnt dismiss it as a 100% registry issue until we know exactly what behavior caused this problem it could very well be a file permissions issue
