hi, i am trying to remove some feature of vista.

but i encountered this error while installing.

As wierd as this may sound, I wonder if this is because you modified a Vista SP2 source from a Windows 7 RTM box - what happens if you run the same preset against a Vista SP2 source, from a Vista SP2 machine rather than from a Windows 7 machine?
