need help for editing of system files.

I'm havin trouble editing the explorer.exe,netshell32.dll etc. Is there any tutorial or other utility available for editing these files(other than ResTuner etc.) or do we hve to manually edit all the attributes like bitmap,icon etc. Hope you'll reply soon.

reshacker, but yeah you are still going in manually and putting what you want.

and imho, it is too easy to perform the tasks correctly with reshacker to rely on something that would further automate the substitutions
