After I updated to the new Windows Explorer my XP will not even run. It doesn't even come up and, of course, without the disk I have to reinstall from my drive D which will redo my entire hard drive. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know what I need to do to get it back up and running.

When I start Explorer it show up on my computer and stays there for about 45 seconds then disappears. The iexplorer.exe file runs and then is gone. Other than that my information follows:

What 'new' Windows Explorer are you talking about? I don't remember anything new about Explorer being posted on 08 Sept.
