skotsbox Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 I was wondering if anyone knew a way to put your own logo or company's logoon system properties if I use the OEM branding in Nlite options pagethe in light logo appears on my system properties (left click on my computer/properties)does anybody know of a way to put your own theirthanks
Guest Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 nLite is for personal use only but if your wanting to just mess with your PC then you can use the $oem$ folders. In nLite's Unattended page, set Oem Preinstall to enabled then place oeminfo.bmp & oeminfo.ini in $OEM$\$$\System32.

Guest Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314472The following is an example of the Oeminfo.ini file:[General]Manufacturer = MyCompany, Inc.Model = Brand X ProcessorSupportURL = http://www.mycompany.comLocalFile = C:\Winnt\Web\LocalFilename.htm[support Information]Line1= For Technical Support:Line2= to obtain updated drivers or for information on frequentlyLine3= asked questions, visit the MyCompany technicalLine4= support web site at:Line5=Line6= http://www.mycompany.com/techsupport.
cluberti Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 Note that nLite is not for commercial use, so just keep that in mind if you plan on using it for anything other than personal builds.
