What's wrong with this code

I am using restorator 2007, because I customizing WIndows Vista Ultimate 64 bit. I am using this code:

I see no style flags.

suppose my file I am using is 110.bmp. What do I put in the line to make my graphic visible and use this line number? Also what are style flags? John
