PC Backup Pro 10 - Disaster Recovery

Just want to find out if anyone else is having problems installing PC Backup Pro 10 Disaster Recovery (full image)?

I downloaded the software and attempted to install and it received an error on the install and backed it out the install.

After some discussion with their support they had me do a custom install without the Disaster Recovery Option. It installed OK but have no luck with their support in providing a way to install the Disaster Recovery Option.

I am installing on a IBM Thinkpad which has a new vanilla Windows XP Pro installation.

Any help appreciated!

What error message did you get?

I have never heard of that software before, have you considered using well known free alternatives?
