outlook 2003 minimizing a draft email

Featured Replies

Hi When I minimize a draft email usually it would minimize in the same tab as outlook so you can acces the dfart email and outlook from the same system tray but however for this particualr user when they minimise a draft email it miniinses to a seperate icon on the tray. I have tried recreating the users outlook profile which did not work. The user has a roaming profile but the problem does not exist on all PC's he logs into so im sure its probably only a advanced option in outlook settings but i cant for the life of me find it and have asked many people. If you need me to explain further please let me know, urgent help is despereatly required.

Thanks

I'm going to assume the user is using Windows XP since you haven't mentioned what OS he/she is using. It sounds like you're needing to "Group similar taskbar buttons." To do this, right-click on the "Start" button, go to "Properties," go to the "Taskbar" tab, and make sure "Group similar taskbar buttons" is checked, then hit "OK."
