Vista compatibility mode

Hi, i have reducen the size of my vista sp2 ultimate edition..

next i disable some services using blackviper list

now i couldnt find the compatibility mode (the one you found in: right click, properties, compatibility mode) and select the option (windows xp sp2, windows 2000)

is required to enable some services to make it work?
