I reinstalled Window XP Pro on my computer. I reloaded all the necessary drivers.

I can connect to the internet, but I can't access any web pages in Internet Explorer or with Firefox.

My sis's PC recently had that problem but only for WWW. She had 0 bytes left on her hard disk.

Do other protocols work like instant messenging/ftp/email?

Maybe DNS? Can you access msfn.org via IP - http://67.19.16.68/ ?

Can the browser open tip.htm in %windir%/Web?
