create partition D and located %user% and %Program Data% there

I would like to create a custom boot Vista/W7 DVD which

• creates a c: partition (100GB)
  
• creates a d: partition (500GB)
  
• stores c:\users\ not on c but on d:\users
  
• stores c:\Program Data\ not on c: but on d:\Program Data\
  

can i do that with vlite, and if so how?
