Ok, all I did was wipe off Vista and installed Windows XP Home edition.

This laptop has a wireless modem and a modem that you can plug a hard line into. I need the driver for the one that you plug an actual physical hardline into. I can't find it on the HP site, it isn't there. Someone please help me, I don't want to reinstall Vista =(

Hi,

I had the same problem. I contacted HP chat support and they gave me links to all the device drivers that I now carrry on a CD. I guess you too can do the same. It hardly took 20 minutes for me to get to the rep and get all the relevant links. The only time taken is while downloading.
