Disable all internet except certain sites from one connection but keep

Hi,

I have this issue, need to disable internet over one line i.e. gprs for all except a few sites, our company sites, i.e. email and our application site,

But if the user is using wifi or lan or any of his own lines, want those lines to allow internet access, so i need to selectively disable internet over a particular connection of the xp laptops we provide them

is it possible?

any suggestions would be welcome
