login screen and display picture

how do i put my own login screen and display picture in

could i just copy my login screen over through $OEM$ or run it at runonce? how would i do that

and would it just be a registry file i would have to change for my display picture

1 other thing i have created toolbars for my start bar is this another registry thing to make a folder a toolbar

worked out how to change login screen copy the login screen you want to your $oem$\$$ folder and change your "hklm\software\microsoft\windows nt\winlogon\UIHOST" to the file name of your login screen (every time i try to export it exports the whole folder not just the UIHOST file ???

cant work out how to set user display picture??
