[Help] can not add new fax account in vista

Hi.....

i am using windows vista sp1 ultimate, when i tried to add new fax account in windows fax and scan i received this error message, i tried many times but the same problem occurs, my user account is a member of administrators group.

An error occurred. Please try the operation later or contact your administarator
