mzar720 Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 (edited) Hi.....i am using windows vista sp1 ultimate, when i tried to add new fax account in windows fax and scan i received this error message, i tried many times but the same problem occurs, my user account is a member of administrators group.An error occurred.
