Explorer 7+8 ALT+letter not working

at my work i use a program unicenter serviceplus servicedesk from CA.

after i upgraded my explorer 6 to 7 and 8 i have problem using some shortkeys...

I one window the edit tab should be activated by using ALT+d but it's not working.

The funny thing is taht in the same window other alt+keys are working fine.... ?

In explorer 6 there is no problems...
