Augusto13 Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 (edited) Hey guys, My 1st time burning an ISO CD and evrything seems to have gone correctly but when I try to boot from the cd the computer restarts and then doesn't recognize the DVD player. I used Nero to burn the image.Any ideas? Edited May 8, 2009 by Augusto13
johnhc Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 Augusto13, with the paucity of information, no. You can use nLite to create and burn your ISO - and get a good boot sector. Also, please attach (not paste) your Last Session.ini. Make sure to always start with a fresh copy of your CD files/folders, do all your work in one nLite session and integrate only one SP. Please report when you have a solution, so others can benefit. Enjoy, John.
Augusto13 Posted May 8, 2009 Author Posted May 8, 2009 Sorry about the lack of information, I am at work. I will post more info when I get home. I went thru the process of creating the ISO with nlite and then burned the image with Nero. When I tried to boot from the cd the computer tries to read the cd then reboots. When it comes back up it doesn;t show the DVD drive at all.Where can I find the Last Session.ini file? Thanks
johnhc Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 Augusto13, the Last Session will be in your source folder after running nLite, unless you disabled the option in Options. I suggest you try cutting your CD with nLite - I know that works. Enjoy, John.
