WerSvc Error 15100 - Vista 64bit Ultimate SP1

Hi, this is my firt topic... i had created with Vlite v1.2 my first Vista Ultra Lite 64bit ultmate sp1, with too many services disabled... i instal it and all go perfect...

But the problem appears after the Update (Windows Update), where in the Services appears another new called "WerSvc" and say Error 15100 - Internal General Error - and MUI can´t load... etc...

And the other side it cause i can´t disabled the Register Log Tab and i want to disabled it... Thanks a lot
