daperson Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 This is probably a stupid question, but..After going through the process of processing the install as requested, all the information I can find suggest that the next screen should be a method of creating a bootable ISO which I can actualy use. What actually happens is I get a finished screen with a single button that closes the program. What amazingly simple thing have I missed? How can I get the bootable iso to be produced correctly? I tried burning the files remaining in the target folder (Which presumably were modified?), but the disc did not boot. Are the help guides out of date or what?
johnhc Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 daperson, welcome to nLite. Attached are screen shots of the Task Selection and the Bootable ISO screens. When you see the first, check Create Bootable ISO. After the others steps are complete, the second screen will appear. Select the options you desire then click the Make ISO button, not the Next button. If you have more problems/questions, please attach (not paste) your Last Session.ini. Make sure to always start with a fresh copy of your CD files/folders, do all your work in one nLite session and integrate only one SP. Please report when you have a solution, so others can benefit. Enjoy, John.
