Outlook 2007 Address Book Sync. Issue

I'm working on a pc that won't sync. with the address book on our Exchange Server. He's able to send/recieve mail with no problem, pull adresses in from the address book with no problem, it just won't update his address book from the server. He is running Outlook 2007 and our Exchange Server is 2007. When he tries to get just the address book to sync. here's what he gets, "Task 'e-mail address goes here' reported error (0x8004010F) : 'The operation failed. An object cannot be found.' " Not sure what's going on here but if someone could find out I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
