office unattended installs

Hi All,

new here so forgive my lack of experience. I work in a IT department and we have 4 pieces of software which we need to roll out to around 300-400 people. Rather then take a weekend doing it I've been asked to investigate the possibility of un-attended installs. One of the installs needs no user interaction at all, however the other 3 (all in-house software) needs some user interaction during the installs.

I've had a look around and the InstallShield software may do the trick, although it is unreliable. I actually tried the Wise MSI installer and it just didnt work correctly...infact..it failed quite miserably.

Was hoping some of you guys on here might be able to help to me out a bit please?

What type of installer does your inhouse software use? How is InstallShield (MSI) unreliable?!
