Hi, I want to bundle my drivers in my windows but i Downloaded from nvdia the last version of the driver but it's an 77 MB exe but it extracted itself in a temp folder and there is a nv4_disp.inf file there.

Is that what i should include with nLite?

Yes. Select nv4_disp.inf and all the other files will be integrated by nlite.
