Kelsenellenelvian
Hmmmm have you actually tried the drivers HERE --> http://support.gateway.com/support/drivers...p;uid=229441547 ?I looked at the .inf and it doesn't actually say "Vista only" in it. I just might work.Of course if won't be digitally signed for XP but if you get sound, who cares?

steven4554
Try this driver, i've had trouble with my sound before in both xp x86 and x64 on my laptop, but found this driver version 3.45.0.50, and it works in xp x64, so it might work for you!Click HereOr if you are using a 32-bit version of xp use this driver here Edited April 13, 2009 by steven4554

steven4554
No, i don't use any of those services as i am not much of a chatter box, the only other suggestion i can think of is to use Windows Update and when it's done scanning your computer, go to optional and select whatever is in there, cause usually they put the drivers in there!PS - When Windows Update offers you 2 options Express or Custom, choose Custom that way you can select your updates as well as drivers!
