todarsey Posted April 3, 2009 Share Posted April 3, 2009 OK I'M AT MY WHITS END!!!I have been working on this VM that is running in VMWare player. The host OS is WinXP and the guest is Win98SE. My problem is that the win98 computer does not like the driver for the vlance NIC at all. Every time I try to install the driver, the computer crashes on reboot. I have tried the e1000 and the vmxnet network adapters but 98 doesn't have drivers for them on the win98 cd. Anyone have an idea of where I can get a driver for one of the other adapters or how to get the VM to take the vlance driver? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
