How can i use office Ultimate ? HOw can i downgrade it to office enterprise edition ?

Office Enterprise is only available though Volume License. What are you looking for in Enterprise that you don't have in Ultimate?

That leaves you with all items in the enterprise table if I am not mistaken (as it will leave outlook, so you can add that dot).
