Has anyone here had success using the OptimumX shortcut.exe for creating shortcuts? I'd like to use the program to create desktop shortcuts using a batch file called by GUIRunOnce, however I am not able to get a working shortcut out of the program.

C:\Users\Quincy\Desktop\Shortcut.exe /F:"C:\Users\Quincy\Desktop\Hello World.Ink" /A:C /T:"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"

I've entered that ^ in my run box to test the functionality of the exe and it does indeed create "Hello World.Ink" on my desktop, but it fails to link anything to anywhere. I've also tested this in XP with the same results. On the OptimumX website the author claims that you can export an ini from an existing shortcut to be applied using the EXE. I'm interested in this functionality if anyone has successfully utilized it. I don't see anything in the ReadMe regarding importing or exporting of shortcut ini's. Is the software bogus?

Thoughts?
